For Canada Malayalees

Software training for Malayalees in Canada, mapped to the Express Entry tech pipeline

Toronto, Mississauga, Calgary, Vancouver: the Malayalee community in Canada is growing fast on the back of Express Entry. Our cohort here is shaped by that pipeline: PR-aware coaching, Canadian-style hiring loops, and a schedule that bridges EST and PST.

Who this is for

Canadian Malayalee learners we coach split between recent PR arrivals starting fresh in Toronto or Mississauga, international students near graduation in Vancouver or Montreal, and family-class arrivals retraining mid-career. The schedule and content respect all three.

What gets in the way today

  • Canadian recruiters want Canadian-style resumes; most Indian bootcamps still teach the Bengaluru format
  • EST and PST are nearly 3 hours apart; one-time-zone bootcamps cut half of you out
  • Express Entry CRS points reward software experience; you need a portfolio that maps to NOC 21232

How our programme is built for you

  • Saturday live cohort at 9 PM IST (10:30 AM EST / 7:30 AM PST), fits both coasts
  • Canadian-style resume and LinkedIn coaching, including STAR behavioural prep
  • Express Entry-aware capstone: artefacts that map to NOC 21232 software engineer claims
  • Placement focus on the Toronto fintech and Vancouver gaming/AI clusters

Time commitment and schedule

8 to 10 hours a week, weekend-heavy

Weekend live cohort at 9 PM IST (10:30 AM EST / 7:30 AM PST). One Wednesday evening Canada-time mentor review.
