Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Upcode Software Labs, we are committed to providing high-quality training and ensuring student satisfaction. To maintain transparency and clarity, we kindly request you to review our refund and cancellation policy before enrolling:

1. Admission & Course Fee

Admission and registration fees are non-refundable, as they cover administrative and onboarding processes. Once enrolled, course fees are considered non-refundable, whether paid fully or in installments, as resources and planning are allocated based on your registration.

2. Cancellation by Student

If you decide to cancel your admission before the course begins, we request that you notify us in writing at admin@upcode.in. Please note, refunds are not applicable after registration, regardless of the course start date or attendance status.

3. Cancellation by Upcode Software Labs

In the unlikely event that Upcode Software Labs needs to cancel or discontinue a course due to unforeseen circumstances (such as limited enrollments or faculty issues), enrolled students will be:

  • Offered a seat in an alternate batch at no extra cost, or
  • Provided with a full refund of the course fee already paid (if the course does not continue).

4. Non-Attendance or Dropout

If a student is unable to attend or decides to discontinue after joining, the course fee will not be refunded, as seat allocation and faculty scheduling are already finalized. Transfer to a future batch may be considered only in exceptional cases, and with prior written approval from the management.

5. Special Cases

We understand that unexpected personal or medical situations can arise. In such cases, you may write to us at admin@upcode.in with supporting documents. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Upcode Software Labs management. If approved, administrative charges may apply.

6. Mode of Refund (if applicable)

For any approved refund, the amount will be processed within 15 working days via the original mode of payment or through a direct bank transfer.
