Who this is for

UK Malayalees we coach are roughly split: NHS-IT and care-sector workers wanting their first dev role, current developers on a Skilled Worker visa wanting to switch sponsors, and family-route arrivals starting from scratch. The curriculum supports all three.

What gets in the way today

  • Most India-based bootcamps cannot run a live class at a UK-friendly hour
  • Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is brutal; you cannot afford a thin portfolio
  • IR35 changed the contractor landscape and most bootcamps have not caught up

How our programme is built for you

  • Saturday live cohort at 10 AM IST (4:30 AM UK in winter, 5:30 AM in summer), no, just kidding
  • Saturday live cohort at 3 PM IST (9:30 AM UK GMT / 10:30 AM BST), perfect for the UK weekend
  • Skilled Worker visa context: which sponsors are open, what to ask, what to avoid
  • Placement help focused on London fintech, Manchester product teams and NHS-IT

Time commitment and schedule

7 to 9 hours a week, weekends plus one evening review

Saturday live class at 3 PM IST (9:30 AM GMT / 10:30 AM BST) and Sunday at the same slot, plus one Wednesday evening UK-time mentor review.

Programmes we usually recommend for this track

What success looks like in this track

  • Move from NHS-IT or care-sector work into your first paid developer role
  • Switch your Skilled Worker visa to a new sponsor without breaking continuity
  • Position yourself for an inside-IR35 contracting move once your visa allows it
