For USA Malayalees

Software training for Malayalees in the US, built around the H1B and OPT calendar

From New Jersey to the Bay, you are either on an OPT clock, holding an H1B and watching the layoff cycle, or planning an MS application. Our weekend batches are designed for that exact reality, with US system design and behavioural interview prep baked in.

Who this is for

We coach a steady stream of Malayalee learners in Texas, the Bay Area, New York and the Boston-DC corridor. Layoff anxiety, OPT timing and MS planning are the three conversations that keep coming up, and the curriculum is shaped by them.

What gets in the way today

  • OPT runs out faster than most bootcamps finish; you cannot afford a sloppy programme
  • US system design and behavioural interviews are nothing like Indian bootcamp interview prep
  • Cross-country PST/EST splits make most India-based live classes unattendable

How our programme is built for you

  • Saturday and Sunday live classes at 9 PM IST, which is 11:30 AM EST and 8:30 AM PST
  • US-style interview prep: STAR behavioural, system design, take-home and live-coding
  • Coaching for both visa-safe internal moves and visa-portable external switches
  • MS-application-friendly capstone for learners on a Plan-B-is-grad-school track

Time commitment and schedule

8 to 10 hours a week, weekend-heavy

Weekend live cohorts pegged to 9 PM IST (11:30 AM EST / 8:30 AM PST), with one weekday evening review for mid-week unblocking.

Programmes we usually recommend for this track

What success looks like in this track

  • Switch internally within an H1B-sponsoring employer without losing status
  • Build a portfolio strong enough to win OPT-extension-eligible STEM AI roles
  • Anchor an MS application with a research-style capstone
